Laurent Herail

With a CAP (vocational training certificate) in bodywork in my pocket, I practiced several jobs in the automotive
before taking a detour in 1990 to work with large food industry groups. I bought Surplus Autos in Castres in 2005 and founded the Surplus
Recycling (GSR Manager). In 2008, I bought Surplus Autos in L’Union and in 2010 I created Surplus Motos. The number of employees is then 18. Surplus Industries was created in 2018, followed in 2022 by GSR Logistics and GSR Repair, which joined the Surplus Recyclage Group, which now covers 30 hectares and employs 210 people.
Invested since 2005 in the CNPA which became Mobilians, I became VP delegate of the Occitanie Region of the Mobility Branch in 2016 then President in 2022. On March 17, 2022, I was elected National VP of the Recyclers Branch.
On October 18, 2019, the 1st Minister Edouard PHILIPPE gives me the Legion of Honor at Matignon.
