David joined NXP and semiconductor industry in 1997, he held various positions in Product and Test Engineering, Program Management, and Product Marketing.
He is working as Segment Director for the Analog Automotive division, leading Product Management of Functional Safety System Basis Chip, and managing a team of System & Application Engineers.
His Automotive market experience gives him insight of many of the upcoming market trends, challenges and opportunities regarding Drive Train Electrification, Driver Assistance (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving, with innovation focus in Power Management efficiency and Functional Safety technologies.
He published technical articles related to energy management, functional robustness and functional safety, and contribute to NXP external partnership activities through SEMA joint Laplace-NXP laboratory creation.
David holds an Engineering Master in Physics, a Master in Semiconductors Physics and a Master in Business Administration
